Abstract

The project title “A Study On ‘Intelligent Manipulative Management Strategies Under Talent Acquisition’ ” aims to find out the opinion of the respondents about Wikitechy Company.

Talent Acquisition

To achieve the aforesaid objectives data was gathered from 110 respondents randomly. The main aim of the project is to ‘check the effectiveness of talent acquisition. This project also aims to identify the employees need, which would be immensely useful for identifying the services. The major statistical tools which are used for the project, such as Bivariate Correlation Method, Crosstabs & Chi Square, Frequency Distribution Method, Simple Area Chart, Stacked Bar Chart, Clustered Bar Chart and Factor Analysis Method.

As the project also studies that the process is on attracting talented workers to the company & mainly focuses on planning, sourcing, accessing, hiring of new or existing employees into appropriate position within the company.

Introduction

A study on “Intelligent Manipulative Management Strategies Under Talent Acquisition” which takes a long-term view of not only filling positions today, but also using the candidates that come out of a recruiting campaign as how to fill similar positions within the longer term.

These future positions could even be identifiable today by looking at the succession management plan, or by analysing the history of attrition for certain positions. It makes easy to predict that specific openings will occur at a pre-determined period in time.
